The insurance companies are not obliged, to pay out, in the event of crash related injuries, if seat belt is not worn,

you're asking this question a 2nd time why????? there is not any "a million/2 accountable" donning a seat belt skill donning the full belt. a million/2 the belt is the equivalent of no longer donning a belt, for this reason the rationalization there is an entire belt to placed on. i'm hoping you do attempt and combat it. you will lose and function court docket expenditures further on your high quality. you do no longer sound actual surprising. Now you have have been given the solutions in 2 circumstances you have asked this, what number extra circumstances do you intend on asking? playstation - hi dufus, you assert no longer something approximately an "older style motor vehicle." in case you have an older motor vehicle and function its production unit put in seatbelt on and that's all there is, then you certainly're ok - different than cops do no longer provide tickets for that with the aid of fact its no longer unlawful. You needless to say did no longer have that, you had a regularly occurring comprehensive seat belt with purely a million/2 on and try to circumvent the subject remember with the help of pointing out some thing that has no longer something to do with something. lower back, you're no longer actual surprising, inspite of your stable action picture reference call.

depends what state you're in Illinois has seatbelt laws and no helmet law, and i sure wouldn't want to wear a seatbelt on a bike, sometimes you have to lay them down and you don't want to go down with them...that would hurt worse having a 1000 cc bike on your leg. As far as the seat belts in school buses...that one confuses me too. but how would the driver monitor it?
I chose to not a wear a helmut, guess if i'm paralyzed from an accident, i hope i'm brain dead too!
