Please try this experiment. Tilt your head on opposite side from water filled ear. Stretch that ear a little and pour more water in that ear and tilt down-ward with continue stretching. Immediately all the water will come out.
Reason- our ears have oily surrounding which prevent the little water out-let. When more water is added it gives access to the little water in the ear, hence all the water will come out.

Plug your ear before a bath. Tilt your head and put pressure on other ear. Best and bit difficult close your nose and try breathing out. You will hear a blob and problem is over. Get your left ear only checked by ENT may be you have a problem of hole in ear drum.

Just wait.
You will eventually hear a little pop,
And water will come out of your ear.
It'll feel really odd..
Just be patient.
