If you believe there is only one god then he has to have a favorite group of followers. So you want this to be your group.
The problem is all these religions have developed one after another. This is an indication that the previous group failed god and so he started a new group of people.
This tends to drive the older groups crazy and they hang onto their old ways and deny their own god.

Actually, you should not. But tell that to those that do it. Some want to do things different than what God says to do it so there is a new religion.

the basic difference in any religion past, present and perhaps even future has been and will continue to be the various ways in which the rituals and ceremonies are performed to WORSHIP THE DEITY OR WHATEVER NAME you want to call THE CREATOR OF US ALL.

One question mark is sufficient. No periods after it. If you are asking a question then why believe in different punctuation?
