The operative word here is "boys". I'm going to assume you are very young. It is well known that girls mature faster than boys. So when a girl of fifteen desires a little more romance and seriousness from a boy the same age, it is likely she is going to be disappointed. They are living on two different emotional planes.
it's ironic, isn't it, that the men who would treat a girl nicely are legally not allowed to because of their age.
As you grow older the boys will catch up. You're just going to have to wait.

Better more specific questions get you better results, others get generalisations which can lead you in the wrong direction. You could up taking the wrong path for years, I know I have been there!

Secret is in the quality of the question.

How old is the relationship ?

What stage of the relationship should you be serious ?

I thought relationships are supposed to be fun !!

Have you got the words SERIOUS and RESPONSIBLE mixed up ? If you have you could be effecting the quality of your relationship !

can you be responsible and fun instead of significant and serious ? I know which I would rather be.

How responsible do you want him to be ?

Are you that responsible ? Can't expect him to live up to your requirements if you don't walk your talk ?

Are you both at the right stage to be serious

Is he at the right life stage to accept the responsibility you want him to take on in the relationship ? Are you expecting too much ?

Are you just blaming him because he won't give you want you want ?

Easier to blame the other sex rather than take ones own responsibility for the fact a relationship is not going how you want it !

Trying to control him ????

Ask these questions and you will be a wise woman who has better understanding and less negative drama.

boys can be serious about relationships but usually they just want fun. Boys take longer to grow up and so may feel commitment is something they are not after yet. I agree alot of the time they just want a fling but its their nature and you can never change that, you just have to be patient and hope the right guy comes along who does take things seriously and hold on to him

Sweetheart, you're nevertheless a youthful element. Wait till you're my age- sixty six next month. some days i've got faith lots youthful, some days much older. savor your days, do no longer wish you have been older, with the aid of fact all you're doing is wishing your life away. I made that mistake while i replaced into your age. i'm basically happy to be right here and revel interior the life God has given me.

You mentioned boys...how can you expect a boy to be serious about a relationship...he is only a boy. Now if you are talking about a man...that is a whole other question.
