A lot less than a CAT scan, that's for sure. But the answer really depends on what type of scan they are doing. Is it MRI, CT or Ultrasound. Better set aside up to $1000.00 just to be sure.

My dog had an abdominal ultra sound scan done two weeks ago and it cost £160 (in the UK).

around £140 - £180 depending on what type of scan, and what sort of problem you are dealing with. (and how expensive your vets are the variations can be astounding).
