Yes I believe that dogs infact all animals do go to heaven. In the beggining of the Bible,it states that it is the perfect place and will be like that when we die, it also states that there are Animals in the garden. When Adam And Eve ruient there blessings, God told them once they die this is how heaven will be like. So correct me if I'm wrong, there were animals there.
Heaven is the Kingdome of God. If you dont believe in God however believe in heaven, then you will not go there. Heaven originated from the Bible, God.

I doubt there's a dog heaven, but if there is....sure, why not. If there is one though, only dogs named Charlie are allowed in.
