i have a cat but the cat so naughty???

My cats are all naughty! It is a large part of thier charm!

Get a spray bottle. One that you can set to "stream," not "mist."

When your cat does things that you disapprove of, squirt the kitty!

Trying to climb the bookshelves (again!)? Banging the cupboard doors open and closed? Trying to climb the walls? Chewing electrical cords (again!)? Tap, tap, tap - knocking stuff off the counter (again!)? Spray the kitty! :-))

Your cat will very quickly learn that some actions result in a quick squirt of water.

All I have to do now is pick up the spray bottle, and the cats scatter - fast! :-))

Whatever you do, NEVER hit the cat. Hitting the cat will only teach it to avoid you. When you want to discourage your cat from certain behaviors, squirt it with a water pistol. For example, if your cat stretches up to scrath the furniture, or jump up the kitchen counter to eat your food, squirt it with your water pistol. It will run away. If you do this 3 or 4 times, the cat will get the message.
