I think that the first part is one word "Sarang" and then the next part may be one or two words, either "haneun" or "ha" "neun". Any suggestions?

"Saeng-il chukahamnida, saeng-il chukahamnida, Sarang ha neun (name) shi, saeng-il chukahamnida!"
Its a line from the korean happy birthday song. Sarang is “love” but in this case it’s translated to “lovely.” “Neun” is the topic marking particle and doesn’t have a meaning. So its something like "Happy birthday to the lovely (name)". I hope that helps!

It has to be translated with your name, so in general, you can take it as:
"My dear Jeff" or
"To my love, Jeff" etc.
Saranghaneun is 사랑하는 in Korean.
