my computer has 2 disk drives but I can't burn cds. Do I have to download something or buy a software from a store?

Is one of them a CD Burner?
They should have come with the Microsoft programs on their own CDroms.
I don't like to use the Microsoft "Coaster King", so, I burn all my CDs in Linux, using K3B, in http://pclinuxos.com free download
But, if you only have the one computer, and no Ahead Nero, or Roxio to burn with, then, you should ask for a free mailed Linux CDrom from http://ubuntu.org

one needs to be a cd rw or dvd rw
