How can I find out the year in which a wine is due to peak?

usually sites like wine enthusiast will have vintage charts that show when the wine was produced and what stages are best to drink it at. they have a very large collection aof reviews most of them tell you drink now through whatever year or don't drink until 2008 or what have you.
