Not no, but HELL NO!! I don't care who it is, IF they are here illegally, then they don't belong here. To marry them is against the law if that is the only reason you marry them. Some women and men do it for money. Is it right, no! Did we not learn a lesson from 9/11? It's not the people who come here, but the reason they come here that we better look out for. Morally right? It's not morally right to marry anyone who is breaking the law. How can we have laws that work, if they only apply to certain people, and the loopholes keep them here. What is wrong with doing it the legal way? If you break the first law you come in contact with in this country, then how many more are you to break before you are sent packing? To sneak into any country is against the law of that country. You don't think they would put you in jail, and send you back? You bet they will. No I would never do that to my country, and what if I was the cause for thousands of people being killed, that wouldn't be right, morally, legally, or any other form or fashion!! Good Luck!

Morality will not be an issue. Marriage WILL NOT stop a deportation.

My cousins husband goes into hiding everytime ICE shows up at his workplace.

Criminals are still criminals, even if they are married. Sorry, but is is a crime to break the laws of the USA, even if you think they are unfair.

'Morally right'is an increasingly versatile syntagm and depends on your personal axiology.
It is illegal; In my humble opinion marriage should be a sacred institution, not an act of charity.

If the person would suffer torture or physical hardship in the other country.
If they would suffer discrimination.
If they would live in abject poverty in the other country.
If they could not fulfill their potential in the other country.

These may be reasons to marry someone to stop them being deprted.

Only if they are a decent, honest, hard working human being with a good life going in this country. If they are a lazy, scumbag, send them back home.

I might. Conditions in some places of the world are so bad (Sudan) you wouldn't send a dog back.
