According to walmart, UPS claimed I signed for the item when delivered but I was working the whole day at the time. I notified my bank, emailed UPS and walmart but to no avail. Are there some more options to sove the problem?

You have several options in this situation. Your first step should be to contact UPS and tell them that you never received the package. When they tell you that you signed for the package inform them you did no such thing and request that they open a trace for your package. They can't deny your request to open a trace, since a trace is just a special request to double check your delivery and locate your package, if possible. Also request a proof of delivery from UPS with a copy of your signature. If UPS can't find your package you can file a claim once your trace is closed. Just because you file the claim doesn't mean it will be approved. It will be up to the UPS insurance adjuster to review your case and decide on an outcome.

If you paid using a credit or debit card you have a second option. Contact the bank that provides your credit or debit card and inform them that you wish to dispute the transaction. Make sure you tell them you are disputing because you never received the merchandise. If you used a credit card you will not be required to make payments towards the disputed charge until your dispute has been investigated. If you used a debit card from your checking account you will receive a temporary credit until your dispute has been investigated. The bank will contact Wal-Mart (since this is the company that you paid) and conduct an independent investigation. If your bank agrees with your dispute you will receive a permanent credit. If UPS and your bank don't help your last resort would be to sue UPS in small claims court. You should have grounds to file a lawsuit since UPS automatically provides up to $100 in insurance for each domestic package. A judge would hear your case and determine the outcome.

get print out from UPS, it's not Wal-marts fault for shipping error It's UPS fault.

Get a printout of your signature and delivery location from them. and go from there.
