Hi Foxy,

I'm a fitness instructor here based in Dublin, Ireland. It's a big thing taking on your own gym. I've managed two and have now retired from that lifestyle - now I have my own small custom built fitness studio where I train a select number of very high paying clients.

I have a 700sqm studio and only a few pieces of equipment, but I make more with that than when I ran those gyms.

If you're a personal trainer and looking to develop your own place a great idea is to skip a gym entirely - I train people in public parks doing body weight based exercises and cardio conditioning. Its great fun, gets people in to the fresh air - and what's more its great advertising for my services!

Finally I may as well tell you how i made the money to finance my studio - I made most of it through my Top !% ranked Fitness website http://www.isometric-training.com.

It's only been up a few months but I make a great living from it alone training people in over 58 different countries! I mention how i did it briefly on my about me page which you can see here - http://www.isometric-training.com/about-me.html

If you'd like I'd be more than happy to help you develop your own.

All the best,

Paul

Keep working out, teaching etc. and wait. Things take time, don't be in a hurry and it will happen.

write to Tony Little and ask him for a appearance on his show and see what happens from there.
