hi jenny,

If your VERY QUICK you get both tickets return for £24 (or 12 if single). Leaving notts at 11:20 or 12:30 and returning on the 22:00.

Go to the link underneath.

You do need a pritner to print off the tickets.

(Again, be quick as tickets go fast!)

midland mainline does a service fron nottingham to london. i would suggest going on www.thetrainline.com to find out fares. on the one show this week, they were talking about how it might be cheaper to split your journey i.e. instead of booking a single ticket from nottingham to lond, try booking a ticket from nottingham to 'say' leicester and then another one from leicester. the trick is that when you book the tickets, make sure that it is the same train that you are tranferring onto so u never have to get up, you just change ur ticket. e.g get teh 10:00 from nham and arrive in leicester at 11:00 and get the other ticket from leicester to be the 11:00 train!

hope this helped!

Midland Mainline is the main company that run from Nottingham to London. They do have cheap tickets if you book in advance which you can buy and obtain e-tickets online. Ohterwise head to your local station.

Seen on telly that if you buy single tickets, find out which stations the train stops at on the way and buy single tickets from one station to another, you buy them in one go so you dont even have to get off the train, they say you can save a fortune this way, worth a try,
