first answer in order of importance is urine therapy , it comes from ayurvedic medicine, and it really works!!!, you have to drink three fingers of a glass of the first urine of the morning, (putting into the glass the middle of the stream), and i also recommend for u to put with a peace of cloth on the spots the urine...
second, i highly recommend for u to drink the Kombucha tea...(look for it in the net)...
be very patience it takes time but if you dont give up you would get cured!!! god bless you... and good luck....
