Be patient it is the teething stage that she is going thru.
Have a look at her gums, are they swollen and red? She will chew to relieve the sorness.
Give her plenty of rib bones (raw) and hard rubber dog toys to chew. You will need to supervise her while she is going thru this stage and remove anything that you do not want to have chewed.
You can purchase a product called bitter apple which you spray on objects that you do not want to have chewed. You can also put a drop of vanilla essence on the toys and things that the pup is allowed to chew. When she attempts to chew something that you do not want her too, calmly remove it from her and then offer her something she is allowed to chew and praise her. She will learn very quickly what she is allowed to have.

Between 3 & 7 months, the puppy is teething and needs to chew. Dampen some rags and freeze them. The coolness will help the teething pain. Keep things on the floor in every room that are safe to chew. The cotton ropes from the pet store are good. Giant rawhide bones are good. Get the biggest one you can find.
Bitter Apple is sold in pet stores and can be sprayed on things that you don't want chewed. It is best to keep a good eye on them while they are teething. Watch your electrical cords. Keep the puppy in a crate if you cannot devote all your attention to him.
Be really careful with toys, Danes can destroy and eat plastic toys. Mine at 4 months could destroy a squeaky toy and try to eat the squeaker in about 5 minutes. That is not good for the stomach.

First you should puppy ( same as baby) proof your home and buy plenty of chew toys for big dogs.
Any time you find your pup chewing on a shoe or slipper or anything else it should not be chewing on, first get one of its chew toys, take away the the no no tell him no with a firm voice but not yelling, and immediatley give it his chew toy and a patt on the head. Dogs will show the intelligence of the master that has the intelligence of proper training.
If that fails then watch Cesar Milans CD or go to his website

Puppy proof your house, don't let the puppy run of the house unsupervised, give him plenty of acceptable toys 7 bones to chew on, crate train or confine to a safe area when he can't be supervised. Do NOT hit your puppy .This only teaches fear and doesn't hel pthem learn. A puppy needs to learn what is acceptable and what isn't and you are the one that needs to teach. Also sign your pup up for some good obedience classes.

Make sure he ahs enough things he can chew, like toys bones, kong toys are great, Lavish him with praise when he chews his things and a stern no for your things. Take away your stuf and replace it with one of his toys. You can also buy sprays in the pet stores that leave an awful taste in their mouth. They then associate those items as fowl tasting and won't want them. I used Bitter Apple with my puppies. It does not stain either so its fine with fabric. It also works great on your hands if you have a mouthy puppy. It does not hurt them in any way.

leave lots of chew toys with lots of different textures out all of the time
the spray works some, i used it and i bought some Oil of Cinnamon from the grocery store and sprayed everything with that (put about 3 drops in a bottle of water) it makes your house smell like Christmas, but our Scooby Doo didn't like the cinnamon at all.

~~~DESIGNATE SPECIFIC TOYS WHICH ARE HIS. (plastic is not really best...go for a pair of knotted up socks, stuffed animal, old house shoe, etc...something that will hold a scent) Dogs are drawn to scent so the more he chews on it, the more likely he is to go back to it.....(NOTE: don't ever wash their toys as it removes the scent they've applied).
~~~When your puppy gets something he's not supposed to chew on, tell him no, don't, stop(whatever word you'll use consistently so he'll understand it later on).
~~~Take the item away and put the approved toy under his /her nose.
~~~When the dog latches on to it, praise him and pet him.
~~~Repeat umpteen times.
What we did for our Aust. cattle dog was to get him a baby teether. Stick it in the freezer for a while and he loved it. I think he is teething and it feels better for them to bite during this time.
