I would think that it would depend upon the seriousness of the infraction. You could always try...the worst that they can do is say no, which is already what has happened.

Please just give it up! This is _not_ a public site - it's owned by Yahoo!, a private company. We have no rights here - we are Yahoo!s 'guests' and we all ticked a box confirming that we agreed with their terms and conditions.
