say i don't want anyone to go to this website using my Pc, how do i forbid my pc to open such a website?

You can go to your control panel and open the security link and set that up on your computer there.

if the website has profanity or nudity, etc. on it, you can set up a filter
otherwise, there might be an application somewhere out there that allows you to do that...try searching for it, you might find it
