i asked this question a while ago and got great answers..thoughts i've already taken into consideration, really. he promised he'd leave his girl; he just needs more time. they have a baby but they're not married. i know i shouldn't put up with him..but how can something so wrong feel so right? logic aside, what should one do? is it always better to listen to one's mind than one's heart? is doing the right thing better than being happy..even just for a while?

You are fooling yourself. He will probably never leave his baby. Dump the two-timer and get on with your life.

Please do the right thing and leave that man alone. The heart is desparate, you should listen to your mind. I know you know it is wrong. And, how happy can you really be? I understand, he makes you feel sexy and wonderful and like a beautiful woman, right? It's mostly sexual, right? There are other men that can make you feel that way, plus a whole lot more. It's much better to have someone to yourself...real happiness.

Put yourself in that girls place, the mother of his child. Pleeaaze, if he did leave her and stay with you, he would cheat on you, too!
Do you really want to be in her shoes down the road...caring for his baby while he is playing the field????

To answer your question on how can something so wrong feel so right?....."Satan transforms himself into an angel of light."

Stay away from that man. You are better than that & deserve more!

Have you asked yourself what you will do when he leaves you for another woman after he has gotten you pregnant and is tired of being with you?
because you are asking for it by wanting to stay in a relationship with a man that is a cheater.
If he cheats once, he will again.
Save yourself a lot of pain and misery and find someone that treats you like you should be treated, with respect and love that you deserve.
You may be happy now, but what about later???
This can be you later on..you have to decide.

If he's still with the mother of his child you need to go. You're better than that. He broke his promise to you and now he needs to see that there are consequences, like losing you. And I have to ask, what about a man who lies to you and has illegitimate children feels so right?

these situations are very difficult,
its not always a case of right or wrong,,,
i like to act with a balance of feelings and rational thought,
like i said, easier said than done

i do question the judgment of a person who does somethin
as importan as havin a child w someone
and changes his mind so quickly--or at least didn get to know
the woman well enuf to feel she's not right for him

i did the whole "be happy for now" thing last year, and i really was floating for a while, but when i crashed i crashed bad and now i am still regretting what decisions i made... i don't know if it's worth going with your heart coz if you are going to get hurt (and i'm sorry but i think you will) then you will be REALLY hurt

Sounds to me like you've already made your decision.... even though I must say it sounds like the wrong one.
