Everyone has a blue day every now and then. When I'm blue, I do something physical and mindless. Go running, yoga, play in a garden. Sometimes I just stay in bed (if I can) and sleep. It's ok to feel that way sometimes as long as it isn't very frequent. You could try watching a funny movie on TV too.

I know what you mean sometimes I wake up and feel the same thing. The only thing I can do to make me feel better is do things that I love to do like listen to music, watch my favorite movie or call a good friend.

I sometimes get that too. I don't know exactly why it happens. Just think, you'll be really happy again very soon, these things don't last. Listen to some music you like, that always chhers me up.

Happens a lot on Sundays. Less social interaction on the slowest day of the week. I bet you forget about it by lunchtime.

If you force yourself to smile you fool your brain into thinking your'e actually happy, thats what I do. But hey it doesnt take much to fool my brain.... Failing that listen to music and chat to mates, that always cheers me up

Go look at some pictures of boobies!!!
Let's face it ... the reason you put this question in this dating section, is for the opportunity of getting an offer from some accommodating lady.
Good luck!!!
