Do not give Honey to a 2 year old. It can cause botulism. Who says your 2 year old is under weight? It is much better to have a light child than a fat adult. Unless she has a feeding/eating disorder that prevents her from taking a regular diet, let her be. She will catch up. 2 year olds are very active, running, jumping and never still. They burn a lot of calories. Offer healthy snacks, cheese, fruit and milk, often maybe ever 3-4 hours. But limit the amount so they will eat at meals.
If an eating disorder is the problem, then try products like Pedi sure, or smoothies made with yogurt and fruit.
If you and/or the dad is small then she will be small. If she is energetic, happy and sleeps well at night, the she is getting enough calories.

DON'T feed honey to small children, you may inadvertantly give them a type of food poisoning called botulism. As for a high calorie diet, I would recommend lots of carbs.

Honey, along with corn syrup, has botulism spores in it. Infants lack the enzyme needed to fight off botulism, so they can actually die from eating honey.
That being said, there is actually a use that I have heard of; apparently I'm not the only one. For allergies. Please take a look at the link provided.

Try whole milk to drink, you don't want to feed her fattening unhealthy foods as she will then carry that bad eatting habbit with her for life and struggle with weight problems.
Try googling "high calorie toddler foods", "Toddler foods"
