just wondering maria c what you mean by braiding, like one big braid or tiny little ones, does braids mean plaites!?

well i don't know about super fast...
but braiding your hair at night in two tight braids works for me.
my hair was short and flippy...I wanted longer hair because i was tired of the style, so i started braiding my hair at night.
my hair has grown 4 inches in about 2-3 months.
now i have mid-back length hair.
and i love it.
it really does work.
i find it helps to put a little bit of smoothing creame on your hands as you are braiding.

GNC has a supplement called "Nourishair" that makes the hair grow faster, you can read what's in it by googling it.
Also ProCaps labs sells a "hair skin and nails" formula that does the same thing, supports hair growth and health
If you take only Biotin alone, make sure you take at least 2.5 milligrams or 2500 micrograms [the same thing] a day because thats' a good amount to take. I use the Nourshair supplement from GNC now and my hair is growing faster than it did, but it took about 6 to 8 weeks of daily use to see results.

Extensions. I mean that's the only way. Don't use damging heat styling tools and braid your hair at night in one huge braid, and you're hair will be healthier. But it will not make it grow faster.

braid your often well if you've got ethnic hair. braid it often whether its cornrows or normal braids it grows your hair...FAST
