Pressure on a nerve where it lies near the surface. Tingling is from resumation of functiion.

You get pins and needles because the blood is cut from circulation in that part of your body where you get them. Basically when the blood starts circulating again it gives you that sensation.
YOu will notice that you get them when you have your legs crossed, or have your arms up, etc....
It is not very scientific answer, but hope it helps

you get it in yoUr feet when ur sitting on the floor or if in the wrong position.just have to get some one to stand on your feet to make you feel your feet are there.
