i speak arabic,assyrian,english and french

Well, you'll see that Hebrew and Arabic have a lot in common, and if you speak it as your mother tongue learning Hebrew would be much easier for you than if you were, let's say... a native English speaker.

If you're a good student, a year should be enough for reading, writing and speaking pretty fluently.
