will night shift jobs impact health physically and pshycologically?

yes, physically because when you are trying to sleep, your body is finding it hard to sleep since it's daytime. you don't get enough good, restful sleep. psychologically because everyone else is up and about and doing things, and you resent them for doing things and making noise that interfere with your sleep.

some people like working night shift, some don't. if you like being up at night, and can sleep in daytime, then there should be no problem with night shift. i spent twenty years working alternating day and night shifts. i hated the night shift because i don't sleep well in daytime. it didn't affect my health, however.

Lots of night shift shortens your life. No matter what you do, you can't sleep well during the day. Humans are not nocturnal.

yes. It can do interesting things to you if you are currently rolling back and forth from day to night.

hell.. ive worked at 7 eleven.. u gonna have twisted sleeping pattern. i have to take alcohol so i can sleep properly.
