Stillborn doesn't actually mean it's too late. You can sometimes revive a stillborn by rubbing it in a towel and doing CPR and giving it short breaths. I revived two of our Golden's before and 1 made it but the other one didn't make it through the night. Otherwise, if you have no luck nursing it back to life then just call your vet and ask him what you should do with it. Most places let you just bury it in the back yard or throw it in the trash but some places have ordinances against burying animals.

If you are soft hearted, find a place to bury it.
If you are more practical, wrap it in some newspaper, then place it in a plastic bag, and put it in the trash bin. This may sound a bit cold, but after you've had generations of pets having puppies and kittens, and evidently all don't survive, you become more practical...
The pets you should bury, and with love and respect, are those that have shared your life during all of theirs, giving you all their best...

If you have a yard, bury it deep, and do not let the momma dog watch.
If you do not have a yard, the vet can dispose of the puppy, but I would be more practical and wrap it up well and put it in the trash or the building's incenerator, providing there is one.

I am sorry to hear your dog had a still born. Bury it deep down in the garden so scavengers can't get it. If you have children who are upset about it you can give it a little service if you like. It is a good way of teaching children about life and death.

Did you try to massage it and remove the sac from it.That is what the mother would do.If it is too late for that, I think bury it.Sorry.

If you bury it, don't let mommy dog see where you put it cause she'll try and dig it back up. At least, that's what our dog did.

Bury him in a cemetary for pets, or have him cremated and keep his ashes.

If you have a yard, bury it. If you don't contact your local SPCA , or vet for advice.

your local vet should usually be able to dispose of a dead animal for you but failing that your local enviromental health department will be able to advise you
