I don't think she hates you, it's just that she didn't feel the approach appropiate. Your friend shouldn't have asked her for you, I think that she thinks that it might be a prank, or that you're insecure or somthing alike. Probably if you would have asked her in a better situation it could have been different.
Talk to her alone, and tell her that you want to go out, but that you didn't know that your friend was going to ask her out. Tell her you're sorry it turned out that way, but that you really like her.

Nah, she probably just didn't like the approach. Women appreciate confidence, so to show her that you have some, you would have to approach her yourself--like a man.
