Orange Marmalade French Toast
1 1/4 cup orange marmalade
10 4 x 4 x 1-inch thick slices, egg bread
1 1/4 cup whole milk
3/4 heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
3 large egg yolks
3 large whole eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp grated orange peel
1 tsp grated lemon peel Spray a 9x13 inch pan with nonstick spray. Spread orange marmalade evenly over one side of each bread slice. Cut slices diagonally in half, forming triangles. Arrange triangles crosswise in dish, marmalade side up overlapping slightly.
In large bowl beat the next eight ingredients. Pour custard over bread. Let bread stand one hour, basting occasionally, or cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake covered in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake for 15

Yeah, I'll go for the french toast, too, 4 sunnysideup fried eggs, 6 strips of crispy bacon, 4 slices of buttered toast, opps, skip the buttered toast, we're havin FRENCH toast! COFFEE, 100% Kona Coffee! Pass on the honey, I prefer strawberry &/or peach preserves.Crispy hash brown potatos? Yeah, but just this time! Ummm bacon....gurgle, gurgle, gurgle!!

Full English....3 bacon rashers,2 eggs(sunny side up),2 large sausages,tomatoes,button mushrooms,lavabread(a type of seaweed which is eaten here in Wales), hp sauce on the side loads of hot buttered toast,and a very large mug of tea.(no sugar i gotta watch me figure)
of course this is only to be eaten once in a while.
but I also love scotch pancakes too with maple syrup.
bacon sandwiches with hp sauce
weatabix with chopped banana(healthy)
Cheerios with ice-cold milk
porridge with syrup...or sometimes with chopped nuts and dried fruit.

Depends on my mood. I love Vogel's bread with vegemite and avocado and lots of cracked pepper. Also love French Toast drowned in maple syrup. My favorite part of going on holiday is the kick a*s breakfast buffets at hotels. Love it!
