Fiance is Indian citizen - Fiancee is Canadian.. previously Canadian Immigration did say clearly one can sponsor a 'fiance' or fiancee - the present regulations say spouses, common-law partners etc. but not 'fiance/fiancee'

No such thing as a fiance(e) visa like in the USA. To be considered a spouse or common-law partner, you must provide proof of co-habitation before the application. Call Immigration Canada to obtain a visa application package, it's pretty complicated but not impossible. In my opinion, the best and easiest route is to get married legally in India, then on the force of your official marriage certificate, you can sponsor your husband and apply for her visa. I think you can only do that from Canada but I may be wrong. Processing time for the visa in this case may be shorter but still several months.

North Atlantic Treaty 0rganization (NAT0) first originated to include the Soviet Union from increasing west in Europe. India is a member of the Non Alligned countries (NAN). As a founding member of NAN, India can't allign itself with the west(NAT0)

yes it is possible to sponsor you Indian fiance to come to cnada for marriage check witht he Indian embassy in canada they will give you alist of papers for you to compile
