Could be if you use straighteners for a length of time that your hair is drying out. Also the creme your using could be a factor, but i think that is minimal. Hair straightening cream is like a conditioner, but for when you use heat on. I would say if you notice peoples hair the ends when dry look lighter, so maybe you need to deep condition once a week, & give your hair a treat. Sun also can eb a factor, that lightens hair, but also if you using this cream maybe is absorbing the sun when you go out, because of the shine. Also health could be a factor. If i was you, i would to stop using your cream, then if is still the same, stop using the hair straighteners, using a process of omitting things, starting with the cream first, then notice the changes. If all this not work for you, go to a hair dressers for some advice, you probably get it for free. Hope this works out for you.

have you put anything else on your hair? the straightner cream wouldnt have changed your colour i use it all the time aswell but it could possibly be your hair looking lighter as it is getting drier and drier reducing shine etc, or have you been out in the sun a lot, thats well known for lightening hair

Hair color changes when you are repeatedly exposed to sun, when you use special coloring products and as you go through puberty. If you haven't experienced any of these lately, it means the product you are using is extremely toxic and you should give it up.
