whereas men of course always believe they are totally wrong? Don't you think everyone thinks he/she is right? How many people do you know who think "Oh this is totally wrong of me but I think I'll do this anyway?"
Relationships are about give and take. There are nice women and not so nice women, nice men and not so nice men. You'll just have to decide whether you can live with the one you are with.

Because when we say something we believe in it ,and naturally think we are right, as it is a firm belief. any self respecting women will fight tooth and nail if needs be.
Whereas mmm . . . . dare i say , SOME men are prone to bs ing to get what they want or to make women shut up and honey we can see through that and it makes us livid.
to avoid some of these situations ,when you see she is not budging , no matter how well you sugar coat your argument, you can either apologise for being foolish- and look like you mean it. or you can just abort argueing as soon as it becomes a tussle. do you expect women to just agree with everything you say?most of us like to speak our minds, if you can't handle it ,look for a puppet mind.
o.k that was a bit harsh, but for a laugh.
personally i don't allways think i am right, though admittably my husband will be snorting at that. when i don't immediately see things from the same perspective as him,and voice my opinion, it is because i want to be understood. it doesn't mean that i don't take his side into consideration, i sometimes need time apart from the discussion to think about what was said. after all if you have believed for many years, for example, that children should not see their parents argueing, then someone else says that they should not be oversheltered, and gives you reasons for it, you will need to rethink to be able to agree.
so agree to disagree. she may be on the Virgin Channel ,while you are on Radio 1. good luck and enjoy some good old combat. making up afterwards will make it worth it.

that is not true it's just that some self absorbed people MEN or women always no matter what want to be right and it gets to the point that MEN or women truly believe thay are right

It is a survival mechanism. Remember men are not the only ones who say women are wrong. Children tend to argue far more with their mothers and try to defy them far more than they do their fathers.
