Well your question is not a senceable one, but I am going to give you an answer. My step-daughter was born Deaf & can't talk, she is 36 yrs. Old & she uses sign languages all the time & she talks about Jesus, sign language is not something you have to buy. Now concerning someone that is born also blind, I know someone that was also born deaf, Blind, & can Not Talk, But in a person like that they have a more inter sense's Now as far as they not know about God, There is not one person that can not know about God, Becuse God put that soul in a person, & that soul is what God deals with, God don't deal with the Mind but the soul. & a person that is handicap in every situation I have mentioned, God can still deal with that soul. If God can deal with the animal kingdom & they don't have a soul, Then he can deal with a person that does have a soul. Watch the animal kingdom, if you live in a earthquake zone, days before a earthquake will hit the birds begin to fly away from buildings. I know that as a fact. I knew of a man one time that was in a earthquake zone, & he begin to see birds & animals acting strangely, He said there must going to be a earthquake soon, & within a few hours a earthquake hit. Think about this.

If you jump off a building you will probably be seriously injured or killed. DO NOT DO IT. Salvation is another issue all together...it speaks of the spiritual.

Stealing is always wrong. Even a person born deaf and cannot understand has God's "Law written in their heart" and knows it is wrong. They can seek help in the matter you describe and get it.

You're conscience has a way of getting to you even if you can't hear or speak, a person knows when the good Lord is talking to them and a person in that situation would "hear" alot better than most. If this person was not spiritual saved he would not get to heaven, but I would hope he would live to ask for forgiviness and learn about Jesus. You didn't say he was blind. He can still read and be convicted and that will get him saved.

We all deserve death for our sins even if we don't get to hear the bible. We all deserve to hell, but it's by God's grace that we can go to Heaven by accepting his forgiveness and mercy. It was Christ hope the Gospel would be preach all over the world to have the chance to know God personally. But even telling a lot of people about God's salvation they'd still reject him. We deserve what we get, but God's grace makes a way of salvation from our sins.

If you were truly sorry and died anyway you would go to Jesus..and no one is ever too poor to go to a church..I walked in wearing jeans, spiked boots, purple hair, my Harley Davison jacket and no money....Jesus loves the poor...and if you go t a churchthat does NOT welcome you they are not true Christians..
and there are braille BIbles..and God would find a way to communicate with you..looks like He's already trying to get you attention R U listening???????????????

Is this a hypothetical question or an actual one? If it is an actual one, then there are people and agencies that would give you a Bible. Some churches also have interpreters.

...oh so now it's a SIN if you're not Christian/Catholic? get a life! geezes! seriously, wtf? you probably have friends who aren't Christian, so how can you say that? oh, and if the person were that unsure about jumping off a building and committing suicide, they shouldn't have done it in the first place, because that's a serious decision, and the most final one a person can make. my apologies, I just can't fathom how it can be a sin not to be Christian/Cathloic.
