I have several on my legs that have broke open & are very infected. I would go the a doctor or hospital but I don't have any health insurance. I have been unemployed for awhile, so I have no money either.

First of all I would like to say that I treat a lot of this sort of problem here where I live in Spain (due to varicose veins, diabetes and blood clots etc).

I am a healer and I often make herbal medicines for the people here. Diabetes effects maybe 70% of our village (The old have it badly).
I do not charge and I work for free, so you know that what I am telling you comes from caring, not from greed. The remedies are very cheap.

Now to begin with I would say buy Lavendar Essential Oil...this heals MOST wounds 100% in a short time. It is antifungal and anti viral so it's good to keep in your closet.
Use it for anything external (go easy if ever using it on delicate private areas).
Water a few drops down in a saucer of cooled pre-boiled water.
Use cotton wool to clean the ulcer...fresh cotton wool each time or a pre-boiled cloth.
If you are brave enough...dab some undiluted oil on to the wound, it will sting for a second but work more efficiently.
Leave it to the air in the day, cover it at night.

Use Lavendar as a mouth wash for tooth ache...cold sores...Dandruff, spots...ANYTHING. It is truely amazing.
---------
Next (though this depends on the type of diabetes which you have)
Use honey, smear it onto the wound,,,bandage it up.
Clean twice a day,,,re-apply the honey.
Again honey is amazing...it cures headaches, heals burns, softens skin...etc.
In wars they used to use sugar to heal open wounds and ulcers...so if you have no honey use sugar.
---
ALSO:
Get in the habit of having short walks, elevate your leg when sitting (not to high).
Massage your legs, keep the blood going...NEVER sit for too long.
------------
Last of all:
IF you think your ulcers are too bad to remedy at home seek medical advice!!! It is so easy to get blood poisoning from leg ulcers...you could have your foot drop off !!
Hmmm sell your computer if it's yours...I'd sooner have some one look at my legs (Not being rude, being sensible and friendly).

OK am done :o)

I have had diabetic foot ulcer for years even lost a toe. I have been seeing a foot doctor for about a 1 1/2 year treating my foot ulcer that was very slow in healing. My older share a remedy with me to cure it. Some people think this is impossible or funny it is very true. I use my urine and soaked it for 5 minutes. 2 days later ulcer gone and healed. My doctor ask me what I had done. I told him. He had heard of this but not seen the results of it. I promise you will bless. Thank GOD for older people.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Obviously you are a diabetic.I understand your situation, but any county hospital[depending where you live] can"t turn you away for treatment. Or maybe a free clinic besides how are you going to get you medication for your diabetes? They really need a DR. to look at them or even a nurse practitioner. They maybe something else not related to diabetes. At any rate go now today don,t fool around this. I'm sorry I couldn't give any advice on natural remedies but even those will be expensive probally. Seriously the hospital can put you on a broad spectrum antibiotic, before that infection gets worse,or gets into your bloodstream where you will become septic. I was so compelled to answer your Question, sorry my answer wasn't relative to your question I really will have you on my mind. I hope you get better GOOD LUCK.

from the definitions of diabetic and of ulcers this would mean that your blood is not producing enough of the required substances particular to avoiding a certain type of ulcer and there are several types of ulcers so you do need a doctor to chek it out to further identify that type of ulcer and the type of diabeties to learn exactly what suplaments you do need to take and or apply and there are programs to help fund your medical needs as you are human and humanity is entitled to the medical necessities of securing the health of humanity including every individual and that right is protected by and spoken of in the declaration of independance and if the doctors you consult are more concerned with money than the well being of humanity perhaps they are not as professional as they claim to the duties of human health and the saving of humanity even of smaller diseases which if left uncared for become larger problems and leageons of sickness that even they alone could not fight unless they contribute to the duties of weakening them some doctors will even allow you to do a service for them if you are capable service for services are a kindness to be shared just ask the right ones and they will take care of you properly
