I have depression.
I am not in school, not at work (searching for jobs).
No friends.
I am not getting younger, I am getting older.
I tried my best to take initiative steps to make myself better, but no use. I am not sitting on the sofa and wait to chances and friends to drop down.
No one encourage me.
I don't have a good relationship with my family.
HOW TO CELEBRATE BIRTHDAY, WHEN I HAVE NOTHING AND NO ONE?
I feel so depress because of this reason......

My birthday is coming, looking at the calender make me depress.
I tried looking every direction, if there is someone cares about me, I won't be depress.

I experienced something similar.

So I put on my fav jeans, made myself dinner and a cake.

I then got my dog to sing happy birthday... it made me laugh and smile... I would be lost without her... shes always around and loves unconditionally...
Make a trip to the local pound, if you can't have a dog or cat where you aer, then volunteer there... you can have all the cuddles you want and may even pick up some paid work as a result (at the pound, or at a vet clinic)

I know how that feels, like there's no one there for you and no one cares about you, yeah i know that feeling. Yet there is one thing i found out, there are people who DO care even if you haven't seen them yet. Many people that you talk to could be very good friends, and even if there's no one at your birthday, that shouldn't stop you from celebrating it even by yourself. There's a thin line between the fact that someone cares for you and the fact that you care for your self. The real fact is that the whole world is not against you, if that was so then why would I be typing this answer? Just remember that birthdays are birthdays nothing more then that, every day should mean one thing to you, that you were put on this world for a reason and there's no bigger truth then that.

Oh dear, please do not give up on yourself. Please go the nearest mirror and tell yourself that you are a wonderful, beautiful person created by God., and believe me he does not make any mistakes. so if you are here on this earth walking around, then you are suppose to be here. He has a plan and a purpose for your life, so don't fret. for your birthday, dress up, and maybe volunteer at a soup kitchen, homeless shelter, or nursing home that day. write a letter to your family and tell them how you really feel. that you feel alone. reach out to your family, believe me they love you. if you can, go to church, and pray for your self. people always say pray for others, but pray for yourself that you may be uplifted. realize that this is a difficult time in your life, but it will pass. I will pray for you and i hope that somehow i have written something to make you feel better about yur self. God Bless!!!

are you sure you have no one?
a person always have somebody that cares for him/her. Maybe..you're too 'depressed' to notice that somebody's there who cares for you.

you need to open your eyes to see how beautiful life is...try opening up your heart to other people...let other people take part in your life...that's the best way to celebrate your birthday...

and yeah...smile...it helps...even a little bit
