IT IS NOT MUSHY PEAS!!!!! It is called liquor and it is a parsley sauce, but no the one that can be found in the supermarket in a packet, which is milk based. It uses the 'liquor' from the 'eels' that they have cooked - which 'jelly' naturally.
I doubt if you can buy it anywhere apart from a proper Pie and Mash/Jellied Eel shop.
You could try to make your own by boiling up a few eels, adding parsley (fresh) and then seasoning to taste!

No need to buy it, as it is so simple to make- 1 tablespoon of cornflower mixed with a littlle cold water, mix til smooth, add finely chopped fresh parsley to taste, dried will do , add salt to taste, then add boiling water, mix in while adding. If it doesn't thicken straight away, jut bring back to boil, stirring all the time.
Adjust quantities til you get correct consistency. I can see a lot of people don't know what you're talking about....it's an East End London thing!

I believe you are talking the mushy peas put on top of the pie crust, some bakeries take the lid off and put the peas in between meat and said lid.

its either mushey peas or its the liquer, hence pie mash and liquer.
if its the peas then absolutly any supermarket will stock them, somewhere near the baked beans usually, if its the liquer though you may want to make it yourself it is called parsley liquor and the links below will show you how to make both the pie and the liquor.
good luck.

Liquor. Get it from a pie & mash shop. It's a bit of a guarded recipe I think. NOT MUSHY BLOODY PEAS!
