All it takes is a look at the world.... which countries have advanced through their own technology... and which have had to beg, buy, or steal their technology.... which countries have a decent standard of living..... which races are trying to get into countries founded and built by other races.... since you brought race into to the equation.... one look is all it takes.....
Race appears to have something to do with it....
Since you appear to be a racist, you should appreciate the facts.... figure out which countries are backwards in most ways....

they are already every where you go,white people use birth control because they have enough sense to know,the least amount of kids you have the more you can give them.a better education,a whole lot better life.these other idoits dont care that the kids,they are bringing into the world,will be on welfare for the rest of their lives.thats no reason to have kids,just because its free.
