chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream frosting.
you should be able to find the recipe for the cake on a box of baking cocoa and the frosting would be in the cookbook, the main ingredient is powdered sugar, butter flavored shortening and I think a little vanilla

If you want something really really simple but yummy try this. Get a grahmcracker crust, a medium size container of cool whip, one container of a fruit flavored yogurt. Mix cool whip and yogurt together put in pie shell and refrigerate.

"This is a favorite dessert of everyone who tries it."
Original recipe yield: 6 servings.
Prep Time:15 MinutesCook Time:15 MinutesReady In:30 MinutesServings:6 (change)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
INGREDIENTS:
2 egg whites
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup white sugar
3 cups milk
3 eggs
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DIRECTIONS:
In a medium bowl, beat egg whites with salt until foamy. Gradually pour in 1/4 cup sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
Bring milk to a simmer in large saucepan over medium heat. Drop egg white mixture in six separate mounds into simmering milk, leaving one inch between mounds. Poach 3 to 5 minutes, turning once. Remove meringues with slotted spoon and drain. Remove milk from heat and set aside.
Beat eggs and egg yolks in a large bowl. Beat in 1/2 cup sugar. Stir in milk from the saucepan.
Cook milk mixture in a double boiler over simmering water, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a metal spoon. Let cool before stirring in vanilla.
To serve, pour custard in a dish and top with poached meringues.
I serve this with fresh berries

I love Applets and Cottlets candies. But if you want to make something, I love cream cheese brownies. My grandmother makes them for me whenever I go to her house.

Pie! I love pie of any kind...well, I don't like pie with coconut in it but everything else is great! Try key-lime pie, its sweet and refreshing and very good...and if you mess up on it you can just go to Wal-mart and buy one. lol, good luck!
