from CDG paris, take the RER (kind of a subway train!) south to GARE DU NORD. from there, you can catch a train to the netherlands (via brussels usually!)
It's dead easy. the only thing is to allow enough time from CDG to gare du Nord. It's a 15 min train trip but you need to allow time to go from plane to train platform and so on.

This is what i did three years back.
From CDG go to Paris East Station. Take a train to Strasbourg. From Strasbourg take a train to Basil in Switzerland (You must also have a swiss VISA) From Basil you'll get a direct train to any city in Holland. Better option is to take a direct flight to Hague from Paris.
