There is no healthy way to loose 20kg in 3 weeks. You want to loose approximately 44 lbs in 3 weeks, and unfortunately the only ways that you would be able to accomplish that can ultimately land you in the hospital.
Atkins will help you loose from 20-30 lbs (9.07 - 13.6 kg) in 3 weeks - if you stick to the induction phase only and limit your carbs to 10grams of carbs a day instead of the recommended 14-20 grams for induction. In addition you would need to do at least one hour of aerobic exercise every day for 3 weeks.
Atkins or the South Beach diets are not meant for a quick fixes. They are a low carb LIFE-STYLE and the induction phases in both are not meant for the complete weight loss, but to jump start the process.

Don’t even think about it. I really doubt that even some kind of “Atkins” method would work. Trying to drop that amount of weight in that amount of time is quite dangerous, and the only likely result would that you’d get sick or worse.
If you want to loose weight, you need to ingest fewer calories than you consume. It’s a fairly simple physics equation. You can certainly accelerate the process if you want. The best way is by doing a lot of exercise. I do a lot of running and also weight training at the gym, and I know that if I increase the activity level and slightly decrease the food intake, I’ll start to loose weight almost right away - - BUT (1) I’ve been training for years so I’m pretty conditioned already, and (2) I’ll NOTICE the difference from the standpoint that I’ll feel pretty weak pretty fast. As a male who’s about 1m78cm and about 65 kilos, I don’t especially want to loose weight, but increasing the exercise level sure works if I don’t increase the caloric intake.
In fact, for most people it’s really tough to loose weight and then maintain a lower weight and stay in shape using diet alone. Diet is vitally important, but I’m pretty skeptical about the various diet types. Many people seem to swear by the “Atkins” method these days, and the arguments in terms of what drastically reducing carbohydrate intake does to your physiology do seem to make sense, but it doesn’t make sense in terms of what I see each and every day now that I live in Singapore (recently moved from the United States). Here in Southeast Asia, carbohydrates are far-and-away the bulk of diet (in the form of rice and, for some, noodles), but there are VERY FEW overweight Asians. Certain kinds of European cooking uses rather liberal amounts of certain kinds of oils and fats, and yet individuals from such groups don’t tend to have the weight problems that advocates of eliminating most fats from the diet would lead you to expect.
There are healthy, balanced ways of managing all this stuff, but I’d suggest that it’s most UNHEALTHY to try and set a goal like the one you’re considering. Besides, you don’t look as if you really NEED to loose 20 kilos! Just start monitoring your diet, get as much exercise as you can, and you might consider visiting a doctor for a physical and a blood chemistry profile to just make sure there’s no reason you shouldn’t go ahead and do this.
Good luck with it!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!
