I'm looking for a packaged no vinegar salad dressing. An organic-type would be ideal but others are considered. Amy's no longer makes their no vinegar "garden" salad dressing. I have not found anything else on the market to substitue it. Know of any?

You can substitute lemon juice, concentrated orange or apple juices, it is just an acid, if they are a problem, try using pomergranite juice or even white grape juice like Welch's.

There is no hard and fast rules, it is up to you, experiment and see, I was a chef for a number of years, even try different oils like walnut, hazelnut or depending were you live hemp oil or avocado.
