Papaya salad with sticky rice, spicy fresh green bean salad with sticky rice, lahp, Pho, although it's considered to be vietnamese, Thai's make it also. homemade spring rolls- the ones made with fresh vegetables and rice paper, not the fried ones. and you dip them in the sauce made with fish sauce with garlic and sugar and hot pepper and crushed peanuts. They are so good.

I loove the big flat rice noodles fried with vegetables and jalapenos and basil. Yum.
They always have a different name for it, though - it depeneds on the restaurant: for us it's either Dozika noodles or Siam Specialty noodles ( by the names of our favourite Thai restaurants)
