I'm not a vegan, but would like to try and replace cheese in my diet with a vegan alternative. Thanks.

there are soy cheeses,,,,,,,,,,look in the health food section of the grocery store or in a food co-op

Try Soy cheese or tofu cheese. There are many kinds, and some are HORRIBLE, but some are delicious. You just have to try them and see which you like.

tofutti cheese doesn't have chemical after taste like the others and your most likely to find that one in your local grocery store

Yes there is. Check your local health food store, whole foods or wild oats. They even carry it in Wal mart

Veggie slices brand is pretty good and melts real well. Its pretty close to real slices.
