If you're really lucky, sometimes bulgogi is pre-marinated with the meat, but most likely, you'll just find the marinade.
If you live in a big city, there are most likely Korean marts/grocery stores in your area. You'll find bottles of it called "bulgogi marinade". However, if you can't find it, here's a website that ships directly to you:
http://www.kgrocer.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=1276
Another website with marinade, shipped to you if you cant find a Korean grocery:

Another brand of marinade:

Yaki mandu means "fried mandu" so you can buy the half-moon shaped mandu at a grocery store and fry it in a fry pan.
If not, you can buy it at the websites I listed above. Here are the specific links to yaki mandu:

Hope that helps~!

check a korean supermarket in your area, and you may be able to buy bulgogi premade. but if you want you can also make it make it yourself. =] its really easy!
for yakimandu, you may want to check a korean restaurant where you live to see if they'll be able to sell you a platter of it.
