- Many nutrients are harder to get without animal products, or in not as good quality or in one case impossible to get.
- 60% of vegans have a lack of Vitamin B12, a deficiency of which can cause mood swings, aggression and hair loss in some cases.
- The body is adapted to eat meat, and has relied on it for thousands of years, and thus there are intristic problems with a diet. With the advent of supplements, these problems aren't that bad, if they're there at all, if a diet is well planned, and it can be as good as a normal diet, but not, I would say, more so.
- You will miss out on the benefits of meat, which there are contrary to PETA and affiliate goVeg's propaganda. Nor are there very many health problems with meat at all.
- If not well done it is very easy, nay on probable, that there will be some deficiencies in the diet. These can lead to some serious health problems like anaemia or miscarriages.
- Not eating meat doesn't save animals or hurt the meat industry, it just disassociates you from it.

I am a vegetarian which means I eat no animal flesh, nor do I eat anything that an animal had to die in order to provide me with the food. I do eat dairy and eggs. A vegan is opposed to any animal products-no diary, eggs, leather, anything that has to do with an animal. I think it would be very difficult to be a vegan, but it is pretty easy to be a vegetarian (as far as eating out in restaurants or at friends houses). I guess the pros of veganism, is that you could probably be super healthy, but you would really have to research how to get enought protein, iron and vitamin B. I get some of that in my egg and dairy products. The other pro of veganism is if you are an animal lover, you are not harming them or contributing to the cruel animal industry out there. As a vegetarian, I figure what I do helps, so I buy cage free eggs (where the chickens are not caged), and as far as dairy-well I think dairy cows are not treated well, but it is too hard for me to give up milk.

Vegans eat nothing from animals; like dairy, fish, or eggs.
Some vegetarians I know eat animals, but none with faces. (No face, okay to eat.) Some vegetarians just eat only vegetables but also eat dairy, like cheese, and sometimes eat eggs.
It's a matter of personal preference. There are no rules, except in food labeling. If it's labeled "vegan' darn well ought to be.

Vegetarian is much better. I am one and I think vegan is very unhealthy. Vegans don't eat eggs, fish, meat, cheese, butter, milk, no dairy, nothing barely. Only fruits and vegetables. I just dont eat fish and meats. Eggs arent meat either, theyre considered like nuts are and beans, theyre protein but no meat.
I believe that a cow is only hurt if murdered not hurt if uttered or a chicken is only hurt if slautered. Eating it's eggs doesnt hurt u.

Yes. If you order a poon tang in New Orleans (before the flood) you got a raw egg in your draft beer. Your beer also was no longer meatless. Just think, if you ate an embryo that would be meat or worse, but if you ate a stem cell would you be guilty of cannibalism and if so, is cannibalism against the law? There is no commandment against it and there probably is no direct law. I guess you and I should be glad we don't really know for sure.

a vegan eats nothing that is derived from an animal. Anything that is produced or made from an animal is off limits, that includes, eggs, cheese, butter, milk...etc....I have several friends who have been vegans for years...they are healthy and happy. I would look online to see what types of foods are to be eaten.
