The symptoms sound like a heart attack, but so many variables are unknown. Like, how old are you? What is your gender? What is your physical condition? Are you obese or thin? What ethnic group do you belong to? Do you have any chronic degenerative diseases in your family, and have you experienced onset of such ailments? Are you being treated for diabetes or heart disease? Are you under great stress or pressure now? The other quick answer is possible a TIA or Temporary Ischemic Attack, which is a mild stroke. This is generally age related, but if you are in you late thirty's to mid 50's, it is a possibility. Go to the American Heart Association for more information. Now, not later!
