It's usually in my right foot after running or cycling any longer than 30 minutes and can travel up my calf muscle during exercising

If people were not so nasty in the first place they wouldn’t get a nasty email and some people have great difficulty counting. The question was only asked twice and I picked pinched nerve as best answer and said I would see a doc. on the first question on this. And it looks like I am being told I cant ask the question twice to get a broad response by the ...person ...that ASSUMED I was bottom heavy and my feet would explode....My God how stupid!

Oh sorry we are not allowed to coment or we will get a nasty email from the person who asked a question. If you don't want people to assume you are bottom heavy then you need to be more specific.
Tingling is associated with nerves. As people have told you in your last 2 questions {Pinched Nerve....}
Instead of asking this question for the 3rd time, why don't you call your doctor???

It could be that you started out with your sneakers too tight Start off with them comfortably tied and tighted them after a good warm up.

how do your shoes fit?

that could be the problem, if you pull the laces too tight and your feet swell when you exercise, its probably cutting off circulation.
