I love potatoes too. They are a lovely veggie.
They are so versatile: French fries, mashed, baked, hash browns, potato chips, potato salad, etc. etc.

Many people are potato fans, however if he takes his potato passion to an intimate level you might want to recommend he seek professional help. If all he wants to eat is potatoes, perhaps you should tell him about the magical potato land of Idaho. In Idaho, potatoes are everywhere and used in everything. It is a potato-lover's dreamland.

My fam used to eat potatoes every night. We all just like the taste. It probably has to do with his nationality, many cultures use potatoes, besides Irish, in a lot of meals.

Yes, because the taste, and how they're made. It has a unique taste, like French Fries it tastes like that. I dont know how to describe but the the taste is just very neutral.
