Oatmeal is the best one I know of. If you don't like it hot, try oatmeal cookies without icing and oat cereals like cheerios, oat bran and any others made from oats.

So many answers... dude you're very young. Don't say that "I am a student so I don't get time for anything". You have all the time. Eat whatever you want to. Just go outside in evening and play some outdoor games. Specially Football, Badminton, Cricket etc etc. Play as much as you can. Play football daily for an hour or two and you'll see the changes.

Any food that doesn't contain animal matter (including meat, dairy, egg) is cholesterol free. You can get your cholesterol below 150 by eating less than 20% of your diet from fat, the fat can only be from plant sources and be non-hydrogenated. www.vegsource.com for health info. most fruits and veggies are good at reducing your cholesterol levels. fish oil and cinnamon help with triglycerides. antioxidants in orange juice and cranberry juice have been shown to raise your levels of "good cholesterol". nuts are excellent too but they're high in fat but in good fat.

Salmon, anchovies, sardines, ocean fish like that. They actually raise HDL (the good cholesterol) and lower triglycerides.

if your eating meat you should just only eat fish cuzz that less fattening then all the other meat
