Ask to Hispanic persons about a plant named SALVIA.
When you'll find it. Take forty leaves of this plant and boil it in one liter of water. Keep boiling till it reduces eight ounces of water. Later, take this water and mix it in eight ounces of honey and you'll get a syrup with medicinal properties for this illness, which you can drink four times for a day. Enjoy it.

Remedies? Herbal wise, you can find an organic blend at the health food store potent with vitamin C. Also up your intake of cinnamon.
Otherwise, nasal washes (using saline) which are available at any drugstore for really resonable prices, are a great thing. But I warn you, it feels weird; but it will clear you up!
Also, steam baths/showers. Menthol and eucalyptus in a bowl of hot steaming water (add lavender to soothe the smell if it is too strong), and place your head over the bowl and cover completely with a towel trapping in most of the steam can help.
Also hot tea, hot soup (especially with lots of pepper) can help too.
Also keep the milk intake to a minimum, it creates more junk than you need.

One of the very best treatments for sinus problems of all kinds is to do saline nasal washes. There is a definite technique to this, and if done incorrectly, you'll feel like you're drowning and you'll gag. But, if done correctly...it's really not that bad.
Saline nasal washes function to do several things. 1) they physically flush the crud (mucus) out of your sinuses and nasal passages. 2) They flush out any bacteria or viruses that may be in your nasal passage. Bacteria doesn't like growing in a saline environment, so it can help prevent sinus infections. 3) It helps relieve congestion too.
Here is a website with more info on nasal washes: http://www.nationaljewish.org/disease-info/treatments/alt-ther/nasal-wash.aspx

irrigate the sinuses (nostrils) with a stream of warm saline (salt water). It clears them right up. just take a cup of warm water, add 1 teaspoon of salt, and with an eyedropper or a spoon drip the salt water into each nostril, one at a time. then let it run back out over the sink. Do this a couple times until the nostril clears.

"Sinus" isn't a disease. It is a part of your anatomy.
Are you referring to chronic sinusitis?
There are surgical remedies - relieving obstruction reduces the chance of infection. Otherwise, antibiotics are usually required to kill the bacteria.

1 teaspoon freshly grated horseradish and 1/4 cup of lemon juice. Mix it up and drink it down. Should have you cleared up in no time. Don't put this directly in your nose because it will cause blisters.

Steam, steam, steam, but as above, if you have an infection or if you have an obstruction, see a doctor.
And keep away from dust!
