I had Coke Zero last night and it didn't affect my blood sugar. Could it have been something else?

I experience the same thing when I drink diet or "zero carb" sodas. I actually have less impact drinking regular soda! Some of it may depend on the type of sweeteners used.

Something else caused it. There's no sugar or carbs in Coke Zero.

If he didn't eat or drink anything else, you must complain but it is possible that somthing else caused the rise in blood sugar.

even Theo it says that
it's the other things in it that can raise it high.
no sodas at all. go for the OJ and other juices.
and lots of water.
